Suggested Use:
Take 1/3 teaspoon (approx. 0.5g) twice a day, preferably with or in-between meals. Mix with water, juice or yogurt. Do not exceed stated dose

Each serving 1/3 teaspoon provides approx. 500mg 10:1 Siberian Ginseng root extract, equivalent to 5,000mg whole root
