Description
One of the oldest uses for schisandra is promoting mental clarity and raising energy levels. Centuries ago in Russia, it was used by the Nanai people to promote stamina for hunters going on long voyages without much rest or nourishment.
Research also shows that schisandra is beneficial for fertility and hormonal health, helping promote a strong libido, and sex drive.
Suggested Use:
Take 1/3 teaspoon (approx. 0.5g) twice a day, preferably with or in-between meals. Mix with water, juice or yogurt. Do not exceed stated dose

Each serving 1/3 teaspoon provides approx. 500mg 10:1 Schisandra extract, equivalent to 5,000mg dried berries
