Description
In the Nordic countries rhodiola rosea has been used traditionally as a tonic herb to fight against fatigue and stress. In Chinese medicine it is used to improving mental function, mood, physical strength and endurance, as well for relieving mountain sickness.
The root has also enjoyed a very long history for promoting sexual vigour and prowess. In Siberia, it is still common for a bride and groom to carry a bouquet of rhodiola to help insure a long and fruitful union.
Suggested Use:
Take 1/3 teaspoon (approx. 0.5g) twice a day, preferably with or in-between meals. Mix with water, juice or yogurt. Do not exceed stated dose

Each serving 1/3 teaspoon provides approx. 500mg 10:1 Rhodiola Rosea extract, equivalent to 5,000mg dried herb
